With years of experience in various, including Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), and Infection Control, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff I am always ready to step in wherever needed to ensure the success of the facility I am serving, and the well-being of the residents serve. I earned my bachelor's degree in nursing, which involved rigorous studies across all relevant subjects. While completing my Bachelor's Degree I also obtained a minor in Healthcare Management. My clinical experiences included hands-on training in long-term care facilities, hospitals, schools, and even a final practicum in Belize, where I further developed my skills and passion for nursing.
